King Street, Belper. A single shop which we have divided in to 2 shops and offices above, this entailed creating new shop front, 3 re-wires, 4 x air conditioning units, complete re-plastering, structual alterations, roofing and tower repairs, and complete Decoration throughout.

Tissington Court. We are currently in the process of constructing a block of 14 Appartments with garageing and stores. This is to be of a very high specification with brick and stone exterior to match with the Ashbourne area. 2 bed appartments are to have luxuary bathroom and en-suites, and kitchens to have solid granite tops and fully intergrated appliances.

Barn Conversion. Private contract where we are currently taking out major works on a once converted Barn to create a large open plan living space. To include complete re-wire, new heating and plumbing, re-roofing and insulating, new hardwood conservatory, new kitchen and bathrooms, underfloor heating.
